Peeps contest rules
Consumer Group Peeps Diorama Contest
The St. Paul Pioneer Press is again holding the annual Pioneer Press Marshmallow Peeps Diorama Contest, and while some of us aren't ready for the "big time," we thought it would be fun to encourage the entire group to create their own Peep creations and share with the team.
The rules are the same as the Pioneer Press:
• It should be a diorama.
• It should include Peeps.
• Entry should include your name and a brief paragraph explaining your concept
• Due date is the morning of April 3
• Note: You don't actually have to be a member of the consumer group
The entries will be reviewed by a team of celebrity judges on April 3 and the winners should expect to receive fantastic prizes beyond their wildest dreams.
(For those of you who also want to submit to the PiPress contest, a picture of it should arrive by midnight, April 3, sent either to rchin@pioneerpress.com or to Richard Chin, St. Paul Pioneer Press, 345 Cedar St., St. Paul MN 55101.)

Previous winners and examples
Here are some past Peep diorama examples:
--Last year's SPPP winner
--Last year's second place winner
--Lord of the Peeps
--I have no idea what this is - Peepheart?
And here's Greg's entry last year:
Batpeep – Marshmallowly Caped Crusader and Protector of the Twin Cities by night.
When called into action by the Peepsignal, Batpeep often finds he has a cadre of foes to reckon with -- including DFLers, soccer moms on snack day and anti-obesity groups looking for a scapepeep. He works hard at keeping his alter ego below the radar, while keeping his billionaire play-peep image in the public eye.
